Day 1

Your adventure kicks off in Cape Town. This iconic city sits at the foot of Table Mountain and is rated among the most beautiful cities in the world.

Day 2

On day 2, after a first-class dinner and a good night’s rest in a luxury hotel, you awaken refreshed for the 3-hour drive through breathtaking scenery to the Cederberg mountains.

Days 3-6

For the next four days, you will be guided through nature-based experiences for deep transformation and on one of the days the magic of plant medicine (San Pedro). Supported by your facilitation team, you will spend some time alone in nature, sit around the fire, look up at the stars and begin to remember who you are. Our accommodation in the Cederberg is rustic and comfortable, and miles away from your old stories and routines.

Days 7-9

On Day 7, we return to Cape Town and take a short internal flight directly to our Big 5 Safari space in the world-renowned Kruger National Park. Imagine waking up to a morning game drive led by an experienced ranger, sipping coffee and watching the sunrise over the African Savannah. 

These three days focus on reconnecting with the wild, both inside and out. Each morning and evening includes a game drive, and the days are a mix of slowness and group-facilitated workshops.

Day 10

On day 10, after a short return flight to Cape Town, the focus is on landing and integrating your experience and transformation. We will discuss how to ensure that this program leads to lasting change in your life and the ongoing support you will have access to.

Day 11

Day 11 brings it all together with a brunch and closing circle to conclude this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
