Your Accommodation:
We will all camp this weekend to be closer to nature and keep the costs affordable. Bring your own tent, sleeping bag, pillow, and blow mattress. It can get cold in the Cedarberg in May, so pack accordingly.
Food and Catering:
The price of this experience includes all meals and soft drinks. We will cook all meals as a group, and you may be asked to help with this process.

Nestled at the foot of the Cederberg Mountains, this tranquil space features a breathtaking waterfall and lush, unspoiled wilderness. Wake up to the sounds of flowing water and crisp mountain air, and unwind around a fire under the stars. It’s the perfect backdrop for reconnecting with nature, brotherhood, and yourself.

Lenerd Louw is a seasoned leader and men’s coach with over 30 years of business experience and a deep understanding of personal growth and transformation. He blends practical leadership with spiritual depth, guiding men to reconnect with their inner strength and purpose. With over 15 years of spiritual practice, he helps men integrate consciousness and emotional awareness into their lives. Lenerd’s work empowers men to lead with authenticity and confidence. He creates safe spaces for men to deepen their connection to themselves and others.
Gareth Pickering is a dedicated men’s coach and leader, co-founder of Fathers Sons Brothers, and host of the Fathers Sons Brothers Podcast. He guides men to lead and love authentically, helping them reconnect with their inner strength and emotional clarity. Through his deep understanding of personal growth and leadership, he empowers men to show up confidently in all areas of life. His work creates powerful spaces where men feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
