A menās coach, facilitator and founder of Fathers Sons Brothers.
I work with high-performing men who have built success in their careers but feel lost, disconnected or overwhelmed inside.
I've walked my own path of messy relationships, depression and sex addiction. In 2014, I had a spiritual awakening and realised I was the one responsible for all the chaos and disappointment in my connections. I've spent the last decade completely focused on studying and understanding human behaviour, and how to build a meaningful life and meaningful human relationships.

- Honest men. Most of the problems we face on our planet stem from people's inability to be completely honest with themselves and those around them. The Academy is about truth.
- Action takers who invest in the content and community and implement and test it in their own lives and relationships. We can provide all the training and resources, but we can't do your push-ups for you.
- Growth-minded men. Some men believe that their lives are predetermined and can't be changed. Fixed mindset. We work with men who know that changing their mindset changes everything.
- Open to learn. Some of the content inside the Academy is going to shake your reality - that means you're expanding. Men who are brave enough to question their beliefs expand what they can hold in their reality.

Someone who expects guaranteed results. Thousands of men have found real shifts in their lives. Mental and emotional health is complex, and it would be unethical for us to guarantee specific results. Be very cautious of anyone who guarantees healing results!

Men attached to the victim story. Pain is real, and you can say it out loud here. But if you make it your excuse and your identity, it stays your reality. The Academy is for men ready to reclaim their power and grow through what they face.
