I’M GARETH PICKERING

A men’s relationship coach, facilitator and founder of Fathers Sons Brothers.

I work with high-performing men who have built success in their careers but feel lost, disconnected or frustrated in their relationships.

I've walked my own path of messy relationships, depression and sex addiction. In 2014, I had a spiritual awakening and realised I was the one responsible for all the chaos and disappointment in my connections. I've spent the last decade completely focused on studying and understanding human behaviour and how to create meaningful human relationships.
